FunnelWise respects the privacy and protection of your personal information.  Our Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect and how we utilize and protect that information for website visitors and our customers.  This policy applies to information collected through our website, software application, email, and telephone.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT

FunnelWise collects information from you when you fill out a form on our website, register for our application, or complete an order form through the sales process.  Information we may collect includes your name, company name, email address, mailing and billing address, telephone number, and credit card details. The privacy of your information entered through our application is further governed by the terms of our Master Subscription Agreement and Terms of Use.

In addition to information you directly submit to FunnelWise, we may use the following automated information tools.

Cookies.  A cookie is a unique text file that a Web server sends to your browser and stores on your computer’s hard drive.  Like many sites, we use cookies to remember users after they have submitted information on our website in order to personalize content to you and improve your browsing experience.  You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may limit your ability to use portions of our website.

Log Data.  We may collect non-personally identifying information such as IP addresses, browser types, and other information related to how you interact with our website.  We may, however, link non-personally identifying information to personally identifying information.

Web Beacon.  Web Beacons are electronic images that may be used on FunnelWise’s website.  They collect click-stream data and are used are used, for example, to count website visits or how visitors move from page to page within our website.  Web beacons do not gather personally identifiable information.

Our customers may store or process personal data of their clients (Customer Data) through the use of our services.  Only our customers are entitled to access, retrace, and direct the use of such Customer Data. In this instance, FunnelWise does not collect or determine the use of any personal data contained in the Customers Data and is not acting in the capacity of data controller in terms of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation.         

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

FunnelWise uses the information we collect to provide our service, to process transactions, to send periodic emails, and to improve our website and customer experience.  

FunnelWise does not rent, trade, or sell your information to any third parties.  

We do not share your information with any third party except to the extent required to provide you with our service, to investigate and take action with respect to violation of the FunnelWise Master Subscription Agreement or Terms of Use, and to process billing and payment.  

If you choose to pay for our service by credit card, FunnelWise will not store your credit card information.  FunnelWise utilizes Square, Inc. as our credit card billing provider. Square’s credit card processing systems adhere to the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and encrypts all sensitive data using industry-leading methods when stored on disk or transmitted over public networks.

If FunnelWise is acquired by or merged with another company, we may transfer your information to the new company to continue providing you with our service.  In the case of such an event, the privacy policy of the new company will govern the use and storage of your information.

3. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

FunnelWise is committed to protecting your information, and we take all reasonable precautions to protect it from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.  FunnelWise uses Amazon Web Services to manage customer data from our software application. Web connections to the FunnelWise application are via TLS 1.0 and above.  We support forward secrecy and AES-GCM, and prohibit insecure connections using SSL 3.0 and below or RC4.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; and therefore, FunnelWise cannot guarantee its absolute security.

4. HOW DO YOU UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION OR OPT OUT?

If you are a FunnelWise customer, you are able to review and edit your personal information through your registered account.  If you wish to access, amend, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, you may contact us as set forth in the contact section below.  You may decline to share certain personal data with us, in which case we may not be able to provide you some of the features and functionality of our service.  

If FunnelWise uses your information for promotional or informational communication, you have the option of unsubscribing from such communications that are not essential to delivery of our service. You can also unsubscribe here.  

FunnelWise does not have a direct relationship with our customers’ clients or third parties whose data we may process on behalf of our customers. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend or delete data or withdraw consent for further contact should direct their request to the FunnelWise customer or user they deal with directly. We will delete or amend personal data we are storing on behalf of our customers only if we receive a written request to do so from the FunnelWise customer who is responsible for such personal data. To the extent that it is legally permissible, we reserve the right to retain a copy of such data for archiving purposes or to defend our rights in litigation. Any such request regarding data processed on behalf of a FunnelWise customer should be sent to us as set forth in the contact section below.

5. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

FunnelWise will post any changes to our privacy policy to this page with the modification date at the top of the page reflecting the date of the latest changes.
